Options appraisal for heritage building retrofit
YOU&ME were appointed by Yeovil Art Space to do a feasibility study and options appraisal on the retrofit of the old Vicarage Methodist Church in Yeovil into a community space for the arts with associated recoding studios, learning, workshop and co-working spaces. The appraisal explored different flexible layouts for the main church site and also for the adjacent block, also creating a new entrance core between the two buildings which would enable spillout activities into the green space in the front.
