A 24 hour Installation in an ex-dairy
A one day event curated by Will Alsop for London Design Week 2012.
50 artists created installations in response to this year’s ‘Something Stolen’ theme.
YOU&ME’s installation explores the historic use of the space as a Dairy factory, on the premise that the whole building still has milk traces present within its structure. you&me’s devise comprises of a milk tap which ‘steals’ the milk from the existing pipework and deposits it in milk bottles, available for the public to take.
Ingredients:
1 water butt
60 litres of full fat milk
40 milk bottles donated by Martin Basher at Dairy Crest
1 flexi-pipe & gaffa tape connection
